Who we are

Undertuned (undertuned.co.uk) is run by James, an individual based in the UK, who is responsible for any personal information described here. Contact: hello@undertuned.co.uk.

What we collect

Undertuned has no accounts, sign-ups, analytics or advertising. We don't ask for any personal information to use the site.

• If you email us, we use your email address and message only to reply to you, and delete them when they're no longer needed.
• Our hosting provider, Cloudflare, handles the technical information every website receives (such as your IP address and browser type) to deliver pages and protect the site from attacks. Cloudflare also forwards emails sent to our address.

Cookies

Today the site sets no cookies. When you make a choice in our cookie banner, we remember it in your browser's local storage, which is needed for the banner to work.

In future we may add optional cookies, for example to count visits or to track referrals to retailers through affiliate links. These will only ever be used if you click "Accept optional cookies", and we'll list them here first. You can change your choice at any time with "Cookie settings" at the bottom of every page.

When you visit a retailer

When you follow a link to a retailer, you leave Undertuned. The retailer's own privacy and cookie policies then apply, and if the link is an affiliate link, the affiliate network may set its own cookies on its site to record the referral.

Your rights

Under UK data protection law (UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018) you can ask what personal information we hold about you, and ask us to correct or delete it. Email hello@undertuned.co.uk. If you're unhappy with how we've handled your information, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
